No. 1 Kick-off Transnational Project Meeting (TPM), on 1-3 December 2017, in Tirana, Albania. The meeting focused on initial introduction, general coordination work, and laying down the general principles of cooperation.

No. 2 Second (2nd) TPM on 18-20 January 2018, in Kumanovo, Macedonia. The focus on the meeting was the work ahead, planning and scheduling of the upcoming events, and division of roles and responsibilities between the partners.

No. 3 Seminar (1) on Approaches and Methodologies for Non-Formal Employability Work with Roma Youth, on 3-5 March 2018, in Tirana, Albania. The seminar involved presentation and discussions on the approaches in non-formal education for employability of yount Roma, challenges, opportunities, and partner experiences in the field.

No. 4 Third (3rd) TPM on 22-24 March 2018, in Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria. The focus of the meeting was review of previous work, planning and scheduling of upcoming activities, discussing project management issues.

No. 5 Seminar (2nd) on Approaches and Methodologies for Non-Formal Education on Basic and Transversal Skills for Roma Youth, on 15-17 May 2018, in Sofia, Bulgaria. The seminar involved presentation and discussion on how to teach basic and transversal skills to young Roma through non-formal education. Participants disucssed needs, challenges, experiences, and best practices.

No. 6 Fourth (4th) TPM on 21 – 23 June 2018 , in Tirana, Albanian. The main focus on the meeting was the dissemination, planning, monitoring, and evaluation between the partner organizations.

No. 7 Training (1st; 4-days) for Roma Youth Workers on Non-Formal Employability Work for Roma Youth, on 23-27 June 2018, in Durres, Albania. The training focused on teaching Roma youth workers on how to deliver training in employability for Roma young people. The training had an applied approach and used the modules from the curricula on non-formal education on employability (IO2).

No. 8 Training (2nd ) (4-days) for Roma youth workers on non-formal education on basic and transversal skills for Roma youth, on 13 – 16 September 2018, in Burgas, Bulgaria. The training focused on teaching Roma Youth workers on non-formal education on employability and basic and transversal skills for Roma youth. During the training is used the guide for Roma youth workers on non-formal education on employability and basic and transversal skills for Roma youth( IO3). Training workshops for Roma youth will be organized in employability and in basic and transversal skills for a total of 60 participants (30 participants per training). In the course of project implementation two trainings for Roma youth will be organized:

No. 9 Training 1 Youth – Regional (4 days) training in employability for Roma youth, on 8 – 11 November 2018, in Ohrid, Macedonia)

No. 10 Fifth (5th) TPM on 16 – 18 January 2019 , in Kumanovo, Macedonia. The main focus on the meeting was the dissemination, planning, monitoring, and evaluation between the partner organizations.

No. 11 Training 2 Youth – Regional (4 days) training in basic and transversal skills for Roma youth on 21 – 23 March 2019, Tirana, Albania)

No. 12 Fifth (6th) TPM on 15 – 17 May 2019 , in Antonovo, Bulgaria. The main focus on the meeting was the dissemination, planning, monitoring, and evaluation between the partner organizations.

In addition, in the period covered by the progress report, the following intellectual outputs have been produced:
1. Curricula and educational materials for non-formal education on basic and transversal skills for Roma youth (IO1).
2. Curricula and materials for for non-formal education on employability for Roma youth (IO2),
3. Guide for Roma youth workers on non-formal education on employability and basic and transversal skills for Roma youth (IO3).
The IOs were originally produced in English language. At present, their translation into Roma, Albanian, Bulgarian, and Macedonian, is being completed.
